In my experience, many if not most of the Salesforce admins and consultants I meet would describe themselves as more introverted and customer service oriented. This is a wonderful reality though it has risks and can cause red accounts, over-committed teammates, resentment, and burnout. Here is a simple formula you can use to protect the boundaries of you and your team.
