Jon has been developing Salesforce professionals for over 15 years, leading productive (and happy!) teams through private People First Method cohorts. He’s an 11x Salesforce Certified Solution Architect with over 20 years platform experience and 1000+ projects successfully delivered.
Zac Gleason
Founder, COO
Zac has over 20 years of experience leading 100s of complex projects with individuals and organizations from around the globe ranging up to $6M. He is a People First Method alum with four years experience as a Product Owner and Business Analyst. He is passionate about education, critical thinking, and building relationships that instill long-term trust.
Jackson is a naturally people-first person who loves Solution Design and Business Analysis. He’s a 3x Salesforce Certified Consultant with 4 years platform experience.

From Personal Mindset to Powerful Method
People First Method is Born
seeing the world differently
Even in my earliest tech job helping people use computers and software, I empathised with their complaints and frustrations, and was driven to find ways to help them.
developing a mindset
Looking back, this was a mindset that I now call “people-first” — an approach where the priority in every conversation was the person using the product.
along a meandering path
Starting with my first part-time job, this mindset was developed along a meandering path through various challenges and opportunities.
gaining experience
I learned about the impact of poor user experience in a web browser when I founded a CMS startup in 1999.
I learned the benefits and challenges of using Salesforce Classic as a Salesforce customer starting in 2004.
learning and teaching
I learned a lot from Brett Crosby (Founder of Google Analytics) and Kraig Swensrud (Founder of GetFeedback + Qualified).
I shared about serving many types of connected users, from executives to online surfers, as a Dreamforce presenter in 2008.
becoming a pro
After selling my business, I chose to become a Salesforce professional and earned my Salesforce Consultant Certification in 2009.
I worked several years with non-profits and a consultancy, then founded my own firm and began with a small private cohort of students in 2010.
